NTC Hockey Program A National Training Centre program conducted by the Northern Territory Institute of Sport in conjunction with Hockey Australia and NT Hockey Association. Location: The Head Coach is located at the Northern Territory Institute of Sport in Darwin - Arafura Stadium, Marrara. Objective: To develop Northern Territory hockey players to national team standard. The Program: The squad program provides individual coaching assistance to scholarship holders as well as access to strength and conditioning, sports science, athlete career and education services and funding assistance to attend national or international competition experiences. Selection Critieria: Selection into the program is through achieving national squad selection and meeting specified physiological and pyschologcal standards. Scholarship Year: November 1 - September 30 each year.
